Seems constantly busy and stressed, and is always running to another place in town, doing paperwork, or providing direction to the town guard. He can seem short with people because of the amount of work there is to be done, but he is geniunely looking for some sort of connection with the people in town.
Appearance
Jost is a half-elf man in his 60's. He has a medium-dark complexion and greying hair and beard. His face is covered in scarring, but relatively shallow. He wears mostly average town clothing, as he tends to command others rather than go out in the field himself.
