Biography
Mercy is a mercenary and a would-be band leader in the Western Marches. He left his previous band on shaky terms, speaking of his former leader Vesser with both admiration and disdain. While a good-natured soul, Mercy doesn’t go looking for problems to fix. He’ll even turn a blind eye if the risk to his party is great and the rewards slim. This makes him a pretty good friend and a terrible hero. One of the few codes Mercy (and the Blackhands) live by is that of fairness. This doesn’t mean equality; they aren’t above leveraging tactical advantages when the opportunity presents itself.
